Many of us carry an invisible load that we feel we must carry alone. Perhaps you worry about burdening the people you care about with this heaviness, or fear being misunderstood. True healing needs an atmosphere of safety, patience, and compassionate support. You do not have to do this alone.

 

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling offers one-on-one sessions focused on your concerns—anxiety, depression, identity, and life stressors. It centers on your personal growth but can also address relational patterns that affect your connections.

Relationship Counseling

In couples therapy I observe your interactions, identify communication patterns, and guide changes to strengthen your bond. We’ll work to improve communication, learn how to repair after conflicts, and increase joy and satisfaction in the relationship.

Group Counseling

Group counseling provides a structured space to build community and relational skills with others facing similar challenges. Participants practice communication, empathy, and boundaries in a safe setting. The group normalizes struggles, offers diverse perspectives, and fosters lasting peer support.
