Postpartum Wellness Circle
A supportive therapy group for mothers navigating new motherhood and the postpartum period. This group holds a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore identity shifts, changes in relationships, and the emotional and physical demands of early parenthood. Sessions address common postpartum concerns including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, sleep disruption, and challenges with bonding or breastfeeding. Through guided discussion, evidence-informed coping strategies, and peer support, members build practical skills for emotional regulation, self-care, and communication while normalizing the range of postpartum experiences. Suitable for birthing and non-birthing parents in the first year after childbirth. Facilitated by a licensed clinician with experience in perinatal mental health. Capacity is limited to preserve safety and connection.
